Shipping policy
Chuck's Bits makes every effort to process orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
Damaged, lost, or short shipments should be reported to us immediately using the Contact Us tab. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected, or if additional shipping charges or import/export duties are accrued through no fault of our own.
