Refund policy
You have 10 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To begin the return process, reach out to us using the Contact Us tab and explain the reason for your return request. Please note that, to be eligible for a return, each drill bit being returned must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (for example, not be dirty or show any other signs of having been used or abused), and repacked in their original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt, or any other proof of purchase from us (eg. confirmation e-mail).
If your request seems reasonable, we will send you a shipping label so you may return the shipment to us free of charge.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request and whether we will also refund any of the original shipping costs you might have incurred.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed by us within 24 hours of approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Note that it may take several business days before the financial institutions actually post the refund to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and reach out to us immediately using the Contact Us tab if the drill bits appear defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong drill bits, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
